We provide marine crewing and HR services for both passenger and cargo vessels. We are one of the leading crew management companies operating high-speed vessels in Europe.    Professional crew from Europe and beyond

We recruit primarily European Union nationals from the Baltic countries, Poland, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Romania. We also do recruitment from outside of EU from countries such as Russia, Ukraine and the Philippines. Recruited work force includes officers, supervisors and specialist from all countries in Europe. In our team there are working employees representing 20 different nationalities.
